In case of any pricing error, Navaera reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after dispatch.

  • Navaera reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, or suspicious activity.

  • In case of cancellation from our end, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy:

  • Free shipping across India.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and courier services.

  • Navaera is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy:

  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Items must be unused and returned in original condition with tags intact.

  • Sale, discounted, customized, or stitched sarees are non-returnable.

  • Refunds are processed after quality checks and credited to the original payment method.

Navaera reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the stated conditions.
