Return & Refund Policy

Returns are accepted within 2 business days of delivery.

For replacement, exchange, or damaged products, we will process the exchange within 5 days of receiving the returned product. The replacement item will be delivered within 6 working days thereafter.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition with all tags intact.

Returns or refunds are not applicable for:
1.Sale or discounted items
2.Customized or stitched sarees

In the rare event of receiving a damaged or incorrect product, kindly share an unboxing video and clear images within 24 hours of delivery.

Once the returned item passes our quality check, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original mode of payment.
